All information provided on Future Maples and all information provided through consultation of Future Maples shall be understood to be the personal opinion of the team at Future Maples. The people involved in the consultation are not experts, but applicants who have applied for the Express Entry program. They will fill out your application based on their past experience as an applicant and current experience as a consultant.
Future Maples cannot guarantee you permanent residence or that an invitation to apply will be received. Future Maples also does not guarantee a top IELTS score and can only help the candidate tap into their own potential. Future Maple's advice on the IELTS will only facilitate the candidate's potential on the exam.
Every decision that you take should be contingent on your own research, your application of your mind, and your decision to become a resident of Canada.
You agree to not hold Future Maple liable for any incidental or consequential losses that may arise from your use of such services. If you do not agree to such Terms, please stop accessing this site immediately.
Future Maples reserves the right to change or modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement at any time. You acknowledge that it is your responsibility to review the site periodically as well as these Terms, to inform yourself of any changes. Your continued use of these modified Terms amounts to an acknowledgement of the modified Terms and agreement to abide and be bound by the modified Terms.
Future Maples shall have the right to immediately terminate or suspend in its discretion, your access to all or part of the site with or without notice and for any reason.
Limitation of Liability
In no event, shall Future Maples or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive damages or consequential damages of any kind, or any damages arising from the use of the site or its services.
Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms and/or use by you of the site shall be governed by the laws of India, and any dispute be governed by exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
